If you would like a custom order:

Deposit
Custom orders require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit at the time the order is placed. If special materials that I do not have in stock are required (i.e. 14 karat gold), a larger deposit may be required. That amount would be determined after supplies are priced, but before they are ordered.

Changes/Alterations If your custom order is not what you imagined or expected and you wish to have something changed, alteration charges may apply, depending on what the changes are. If there is any waste involved, or if the cost of supplies is altered, an increase in the final price will result. Because of this, please be sure of the size you are requesting.

Delivery I will make every effort to deliver your custom order on or before the time that was agreed-upon. The only things that will affect delivery time are if I have to place an order for something and it is not delivered to me on time or if you request changes that require additional work. If a delay is expected, I will notify you.
